Shipping within the UAE:
- Orders take 5 – 7 business days to create (Handmade orders may take up to 2 weeks)
- Shipping takes 2 – 3 business days and are delivered via a third party
- Shipping charges are covered by the customer with a flat rate of AED 16 – AED 50
- Should the courier company is unable to reach the customer, after two failed attempts, the order will be returned to RAAV.AE
- No refunds for non-received items

Please contact us via instagram at RAAV.AE to provide us with your address in order to provide you with the shipping fees
